Based in NewYork  for last 12 years and having a good network with professionals and companies from various sectors ,Ajay also works as a Independent consultant for business in Fashion-Food-Event-Film Industry .

KIREN SHRIVASTAV: Director & Chief Executive Officer
A Media and Entertainment professional, who's also a business strategist with over 12 years of experience in events, films and media management. Kiren formed and set-up Molecule Communications Pvt. Ltd. Before that she has worked for a Publications company, has been involved with event management and also worked in a major Film Production company. Her strengths are business development and people management, which allows her impeccable project supervision and execution. She spearheads the functioning and growth of Molecule group.

SUDARSHAN SRINIVASAN: Director
With nearly a twenty years of experience in the field of Corporate Communications, P.R. Management, Academics and related fields, he is also the Founder and Head of Prognosys Perception Management – an Integrated Marketing Promotions Consultancy.  He is active in the field of training and development.  He has also been Academic Advisor at XIC and Board Member – Services Management – at NMIMS from 2006- 2008.  Sudarshan is also associated with leading Management consultancies and Certification bodies as a External Advisor.  He has worked with leading P.R and advertising agencies like Spectra, Pressman, Mudra and Sampark.
